Join Us for Mimosas at MMR Pancake Breakfast

One of the biggest events of the year is coming to McDowell Mountain Ranch this Saturday: The Pancake Breakfast and Egg Hunt! While there will be many of the usual activities this year, Helene & Christine’s Team is working hard to make the event extra fun with champagne and mimosas for the adults, a mimosa basket raffle and for the kids a huge Teddy Bear will be raffled. We’ll have more details as the week progressives about the event, which begins at 9 a.m. and will continue through the afternoon behind the Community Center. We hope to see you there, but don’t forget to fill out an entry form at Helene & Christine’s Team booth!

Date: Saturday, March 27, 2021

Not a traditional parade in the sense however, similar to how the Holiday Light Drive-Thru was organized, MMR will host an Easter Hat “Parade” for children, ages 12 and under in place of the Pancake Breakfast and Egg Hunt this year. Residents shall remain in their vehicles at all times, wearing a mask and pull up to the McDowell Center. Kids that decorate their own Easter hat (not store bought) will receive a goodie bag and be eligible to win a special prize for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Residents are welcome to decorate their vehicles if they choose to do so. Unfortunately, due to safety precautions, pictures with Mr. Hoppy will not be permitted this year.

The entrance to the event will be one-way only. Residents must enter on Paradise Lane and exit on McDowell Mountain Ranch Road. The entrance into the McDowell Center will be closed on McDowell Mountain Ranch Road and cars will be re-directed to use the Paradise Lane entrance.

In order to have enough supplies to hand out, residents must register by March 19th. Any late registrations or drop-ins will not be guaranteed a goodie bag. Residents can sign up by logging onto> click on the top tab named Stay Connected > scroll down to McDowell Center Event Calendar > click on March 27th. Residents can register according to their last name and assigned time slot.
